Wallpaper

Just wanted to know. How do I display wallpaper from my photos that can be seen on the home screen behind my icons? I know how to do it, but it will not apply when i set it as background. And is there a way to change Icons using Winterboard?, because Customize is not working.

Use winterboard and check "user wallpaper". That will allow you to use pics from your camera roll as your wallpaper.

To change icons, download some winterboard/springboard themes from cydia and use winterboard to select the theme you wish to use.
