cant use wallpaper on a theme?

ok i cant use a wallpaper from my photo album it only dose this on one theme i have but the rest work..do i have to manually do this or

cant use wallpaper on a theme?

ok i cant use a wallpaper from my photo album it only dose this on one theme i have but the rest work..do i have to manually do this or what?

i use my other theme i install on winteboard and i can change my wallpaper without a problem..
