installing downloaded theme

I downloaded a theme to my PC and am at a loss as to how to install it on the iphone. Is there an easy way?

the easiest way is wit winterboard

1.get disk aid
2.connect iPhone/iPod
3.navigate to: private/var/stash/themes.****
4.upload theme folder
5.go to winterboard and activate newly installed theme
Most important: hit the thanx button in advance

You need to give more info. If you're on FW 1.1.4 per your profile then you have to be sure you downloaded a Summerboard theme. If you're on 2.0+ then you need a winterboard theme. Based on this info we can tell you the file path. The program to get the theme on your phone will be DiskAid or WinSCP (Research SSH). Google it for a download.

Thanks for the feedback. I chose the diskaid route since I seem to have problems installing from the ispazio repository through cydia.

I need to update my profile since I'm on 2.1.
