In your Gallery section, can these wallpapers be downloaded and installed on my itouch. If so, how do you download them ? Thanks..

To download them you click on the image that you like in the gallery. It will open up to a new page showing the image bigger. Then you just Right Click the image and save it.

How do you transfer these saved images to your itouch to use as wallpaper. I know how to save it to my PC. It has to be a complete file to work in Winterboard,doesn't it? Thanks.

You can stick them into a folder on your computer and sync the photos to your phone in iTunes and then select it as a wallpaper from there.

Or email them to yourself and save them in the email.

Or create a folder and ssh it into your themes folder.

There is a thread around here that deals with rotating wallpapers too that can be done via winterboard.
