adding themes

When you download a theme or wallpaper from the internet and using ssh transfer and I am using Filezilla,I am confused in creating a folder for that new theme or wallpaper. How do you create and what name do you give the folder before you transfer it to the themes or wallpaper folder on the itouch? I thought I read that you give it a numerical number or .png or something. Totally confused. Thanks for any help.

You can name the theme folder anything you want, as long as its placed in the /library/themes folder on the phone. As far as wallpapers are concerned, the easiest way is just to sync them with iTunes
