Please help me with my theme! Date won't Update!

Okay so for a few days now I've been working on this theme its using codes from a few different themes and using tenuis icons I've mad the background and dock and moved everything around exactly how I wanted but now I am having a problem the date above the weather will not update itself until I respring or restart my phone entirely other then that the theme is working perfectly can anyone help me with this?
