Custom Vid. Wallpaper but...

there is this video wallpaper that i got called witchywoman.video from cydia (im sure y'all have heard of it) and that blue thing that goes around the pic can u change that to different colors while its moving? and can u change the wallpaper of the woman? or can someone do this for me or tell me where the pic is stored so i can replace it.
