How to change background iphone 3g with iwood theme?

I love the icons in the theme but hate the background. How can I set my own background but yet keep the rest of the icons/theme?

I'm not extremely familiar with winterboard but i've tried setting a theme in addition to checking "user wallpaper" and it doesn't work, grr! Someone with more experience please help us out

ok basically what you do is when your in ssh, take out the background in the var/themes then replace it with the one you want
