Cannot change individual icons anymore. HELP.

After updating to 2.1 I reinstalled cycorder and like I did in previous firmware I SSH into my iPhone and changed the icon because the stock one is ugly.

So I do that the icon gets replaced and I reboot my iPhone but the icon is still the same...

Am I missing something here? I'm not a noob at this, I've had a jailbroken iPhone since the 1.0.2 days and this is one of the simpler task.

If anyone could help? Or know what is causing this?

sounds like the installer is recalling it or something,

if you put a theme on does this work?

I remember in the first tutorial there was a file to delete after install to get cydia etc to show (after copying new mobile installation).

tutorial now has that part missing so I forget which file...sorry..
