    in a theme for winterboard make it SMSBackground.png and it will change it

    there is a theme for the sms app in cydia

    go check it out

    maybe we should email the creators and see how they did it?

    its like sun and moon or somthing

    Default Bite sms BG

    So I guess no one knows how to change the SMS BG in bite SMS not the stock sms BG thats easy. Please help me figure this out. I want to use bite as my default sms so I can forward but that BG is so dull.

    If you're just talking about the background that's behind the bubbles on your messages, then that's just SMSBackground.png. I'm using Winterboard and just put a new folder in my winterboard themes folder called "Tsuki FFXI Theme" while I'm working on my total theming, and just inside that folder I put SMSBackground.png and it replaced the stuff behind the bubbles just fine. The only glitch I've seen so far is when someone sends me an SMS with an E-Mail or a Phone Number in it, then I get this weird box around my bubbles, but other than that, it works fine.

    anyone have any luck making this happen in Iphone OS 3.0 ?
    I cant get it working in 3.0. A few other people are also looking into it...
