Getting this error when installing themes!

I always get this error when installing themes hosted at ModMyi.

"trying to overwrite '/._.DS_Store' which is also in com.modmyi.default'.

Themes like Buuf2 and MonoChrome. Any Fix on this? I really can't install any theme hosted on ModMyi.

I;m getting the same error - I've tried the find / -name .DS_Store -exec rm {} \; in terminal but its still there. I;ve looked on the phone using Fugu and the folders are not in the Themes folder.

Anyone got any ideas?
