Your phone needs to be jailbroken.
WinterBoard is the program that would change themes for you.

Please do a search on here for jailbroken, pwnage tools,....and read up on them.

i've already jailbroke my phone... how do i get the winterboard?

you should have Cydia installed on your iphone. From Cydia, browse for WinterBoard and download it. Themes are on Cydia also...download any themes you want...then run WinterBoard and choose the theme that you want to change.

thats detailed so i wouldn't bother just use the ones you download of cydia

that's too bad though... there are a lot of themes that i like that comes from this site...
