is there an easy way to make the first springboard page blank. I have the cool fantasy winterboard theme and want to be able to see the backgrounds on the first springboard page

Sure - You have to either replace an existing program with a blank (transparent Icon.png) or just install the blank springboard app. Do a search for blank - you'll find it.

I looked on cydia for the blank.app but can not find it. Where can I get it?

My bad - I should have specified to do a MMI search, not cydia.

download this and pt it in you applications folder, then make your icon text transparent and you will have a completely blank first screen.
