First question is when will customize fully work, cuz my 2.1 doesnt work other than editing system strings.

Second question: i haven't found the sticky for making your own winterboard theme very helpful cause i am fairly new at this, is there another tutorial that explain how to do it more in detail?

for the answer to your first question you should shoot an e-mail to the developers nobody knows but them, and im sure they dont know until they are done sifting through pages of code. Do some googleing and you might be able to find out how to make themes, also try searching for summerboard howtos as they just have to be ported to winterboard
