how to change text in slider bar?

Hi, can someone please tell me how to create and change text in the slider bar when you unlock the phone? Thanks.

The file is located in SpringBoard under English find SpringBoard.string open and edit for windows I use a program called Jedit which is free, I could not oull the strings from phone so I grabbed the OG string file from the download section on MMI
