Default How do you put the themes on your iphone once they have been downloaded

I'm using Transmit, I got it connected. There is not a theme folder in Library. I'm in private/var/root/Library. It's 5 folders in their address book, cookies, keyboard, lockdown and preference. I installed Cydia and winterboard. Did I miss a step? I even tried using FUGU and Cyberduck...samething, no theme folder.

    Thanks

that is the wrong Library folder, the one you are looking for has about 20 folders in it.
these are some of the folders inside the Library folder.
    EX:frameworks,Themes,Wallpaper,Audio.

    when you open cyberduck
click on the lond bar right below the words "Quick Connect and Action"
    you should see 4 choices
click the one that only has a / on it.

you then should see a folder called Library, click it
you will then see a folder called themes
