Changing Carrier Logo in 1.1.3 ?????

I am trying to find MakeItMine on installer to see if that would work but i cant find any sources that have it.

Or is there any other process on 1.1.3 to change??

make it mine was just updated to work on 1.1.3 you can find it in utilities

For some strange reason it crashes when i try to install make it mine...
any ideas why?
