The Info.plist is within each of the Apps.Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

you can get rid of the text with winterboard.

the info.plist your looking for, is in saurik's theme located
copy it and put it in your theme.
open it up, and change "burly" i believe it is, to transparent, will have to do this in 2 lines. Save it, open winterboard and select your theme again, it'll respring and your icons have no names
thanks me if i helped

Heres some simple themes to make the text black, white, or clear for either the docked or undocked icons.
The one that comes with Winterboard does both, the text on the docked icons and undocked icons....i only wanted clear dock text.
