Removing Icon Names Question
I've found a few themes that have icons that'd look pretty amazing without the icon names.
I'm trying to find a way to remove the icon names but every way that I've found doesn't seem to be explained very well.
Can anybody give me a step-by-step tutorial on removing the icon names?

If you use Summerboard, turn on hide icon labels

If I was using Summerboard, I would've known that already. I'm using the original iPhone with Winterboard.

in the default winterboard theme (saurik's theme) that comes with winterboard there is a plist file. ssh into your phone and copy that. there is basically a command to change the fontstyle of hte icon names. the font style you want is "transparent".
