Download issues

Hi im a newbie to this great site .. I'm having trouble downloading summerboards and themes from here.. All i seem to download is a downloads.php file not the theme even if i right click on the download link. Can anyone advise me. Cheers

Im having the same problem it jus keeps saying u have to wait 14,12,14,12 freaking seconds when i wait for about a minute and it does it again .....help please!!
