How do i upload a theme?

Im sure its been asked quite a few times and im sure i may get a few poeple mad by asking this, but if i can get a semi walk through on how to upload a theme to the forums i would appreciate it... Thanks to all and any who answer

go to the downloads section and hit "add" found in the navigation bar
