Dock Dropped!!

i installed scummvm,although the problem is not with the program.but for some reason after installing it,my dock dropped down halfway;now i can only see half of the dock.im using iphone vista.and the background of the buttons is waay off.i try using a diff theme and its the same.dock lowered about halfway.anyone had this problem already? how do i fix it.ive got a lot of time into customizing my phone so i dont want to restore if i dont have to.tia.btw im on 1.1.1
