i tried replacing the batterybg files but ended up getting a blank screen. then i put back the original files and now have a generic "100%" number with a spiral

i tried replacing the batterybg files but ended up getting a blank screen. then i put back the original files and now have a generic "100%" number with a spiral behind it instead of the original green apple battery. anyone know if there's more files that need to be changed now than with first gen phone? i notice in the folder there's three files i don't remember...
