How Do I Install Themes?

Hello,

I have a Unlocked Iphone 1.1.4 Firmware that I used Iliberty to unlock. I was wondering how I go about installing a different theme now and other applications. I hear all this talk about an installer but I can't figure it out.

Dumb questions I am sure... But just lost
