Could one of you experts please help me make a slight change to 2 icons?

Hello all.

This is an amazing group of experts here. Could one of you please help me modify 2 icons? I took the stock SMS (Text) icon and the SwirlyMMS icons and made them black and white. They look great, but, I would like the white part to be transparent and that's just a bit over my head.

I can e-mail you the icons or whatever you want me to do.
