    Default Safari disappeared!

I was editing my icons last night, switching betw safari icons. Everything was ok, but when I woke up this morning, the Safari icon disappeared!

I tried manual reordering through Customize, both selecting 4 icons on dock and moving different apps at different locations but no use.

Did I accidentally overwrite any files?

This is what I got now, in the Safari App folder. Not sure if anything in there is causing the problem.

Appreciate it if anyone can help. I'm not very good at this stuff, so want to avoid a complete restore.

I didnt download the unzipped files..

but it would be under the applications folder..

and you would upload everything in the MobileSafari folder.. (including that folder)

so.. applications / MobileSafari.app / folders inside Mobile Safari

if you are using 2.0 firmware safari disappear when you enable "Restrictions" on General - Settings, just disable the Restrictions and safari icon will be show again in your iphone desktop.

Exclamation New Safari Upload for 2.2 Firmware

    Hey ShadyBeagle,
I've had the same trouble with Safari too. I uploaded the Safari folder into the iPhone, and the icon came back and all. But Safari won't stay open. I assume it's because the app that's been uploaded is Safari for 2.1 (my iPhone has been upgraded to 2.2)
Would you do me a HUGE favour and upload the later version for me?
    Thanks for your help!
