Help w/ my Theme - Dialer CMD Path - Quick/Needed for Release

I'm working on a theme:

and I got the main part done but I need to do dialer now. I'm following this guide: http://modmyi.com/wiki/index.php/Edi..._artwork_files however I can't get the correct path in cmd. I'm operating on Windows Vista and the "artwork" folder is located on the Desktop. Can someone please give me the EXACT thing to type so I can package the artwork file and release for public download. Whenever I type a path or whatever cmd keeps telling me: "..is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." :S
