Where is Locked iPhone SMS, Missed Call HUD/Bubble

Does Anyone now where in the H, is the HUD/Bubble/balloon, that Pops UP when iPhone is Locked, to Preview SMS, or Display Missed Calles, or when Safary Error Pops Up saying "...can not conect to the Server" Located when Browsing Directories with iPhoneBrowser???????

I Know where is Volume HUD, but not this one ....

AnyOne can help, yes... no... ???? maybe.... so....?????
