why i cant download summerboard theme?

why i cant download summerboard theme?

i have zunda 1.2 i belive and there was a new update 1.3 when i try to update it say that ''PACKAGE DOWNLOAD FAILED'' i try clearing queue/remove from queue/add to queue..also unistalled the 1.2 version then they to install the new 1.3 version but still wont download..reboot/refresh sources..same thing happens cant download it..

how i get this 1.3 zunda to download on summerboard ?

i look everywere but i can seem to find zunda 1.3 theme to download..can some one give me a link were i can download it so i can just cyberduck it manualy ..i like this theme..
