Certain Old Customize Packs

I remember back with the old customize i had a few packs that had cool huds and many volume fill colors but now i cant find any of them, and they arent in customize 2 i really want an orange voulme fill bar and knob but cant find any, anyone have any ideas as to where to find them?

try googling them and then ssh it on to you iphone/ipod touch that might work but make sure its a .png image so no google images
