Need help finding particular SummerBoard Theme

Hi. A Few Months ago, i installed a SumemrBoard Theme on my iPod Touch but renamed the folder. I guess it was published on MacThemes. I need to know the Name because I really need that icon-PSD-Template, which i deleted from my PC.
To help you, i uploaded some of the Themes Icons and the Wallpaper.
