Need help with themes installation

Hi.
I'm using 1.1.4 firmware iPhone with AT&T service that jailbreaked by myself. I was installing "Cube theme" from summerboard, but about 30% of icons won't show up (I downloaded from phone and installed them). I tried to download the actual file from web-site, and there are icons that I am missing. Is there anyway I can put those files to my iphone manually by using iBrickr?
Please let me know.
