Canīt change icon

I have a 1.1.1 unlocked and jailbroken; I have Summerboard intalled and I can change themes with no problem. the thing is that when I try to change an individual icon (iPod one to be precise) I can upload it via Fugu, but it doesn't change. I can change other icons but not that one!?!?!
Why is this?
