i was very confused too, i just made the windows picture that says scan fingerprint to login as my wall paper so when its on lock u see that and then scanner/slider u just have to replace the original one with the themed one

try to ssh into your iphone/ipod and add the wall my wallpaper to you 'Wallpapers" folder.then set it as your wallpaper
