Need help putting icons on iPhone

I'm using the Winscp to put stuff in the iPhone, but I can't find the applications folder to put the icons in! My phone is 1.1.4 can someone help me please!

Navigate to: /Applications
You'll see the apps you got... just enter the one you'd like to change and replace the "icon.png" with the one you like!
