can someone walk me threw creating icons please? ide really apreciate it...sorry if this question sounds noob lol

Windows or Mac?

On Windows:
Get Paint.Net. If you want, get the PSD add-on.
Get iPhoneBrowser.

Download a SummerBoard theme you want to add icons to (easier to start with). Use iPhoneBrowser to download original icon if desired.

Copy an existing icon to the new name. Edit in Paint.Net. Use iPhoneBrowser to add new icon to Icons folder of SummerBoard theme. Could also replace existing icon with right-click, Replace File... menu option.

Restart SpringBoard to see new icon.

When ready, create a new folder for a new theme on your PC. Create an Icons folder beneath it. Create a Wallpaper.png and a Dock.png in the folder. Create *.png for the Application icons in the Icons folder.

Drag the theme folder into the SummerBoard/Themes folder using iPhoneBrowser.

Select new theme in SMBPrefs.

This is an interesting question, does anyone have the steps for a Mac?

Also, How do install themes on my new iPhone and how would I uninstall it if I do not like it....is there a theme browser?

Your help is appreciated, I'm a newbie to the Iphone world.

I download teh original icons using WinSCP, edit with Paint SHop Pro and then upload to iphone again with WinSCP.
