custom ring/silent pics not working

For some reason the picture does not align in the black background. It's like in the bottom right of that black box and cuts off the picture. it cuts off his feet and tail to be exact.

Why isn't it in the center of that box??

All I want is a sweet pikachu pic but darn it all! Any suggestions? I'm sure it's some kind of sizing issue or something stupid. I think it works if I make the picture smaller yet I would prefer it to be the size I have it now which has it fitting perfectly in the black box background

Its not doubt sizing. Get the original dimensions of the silent/ring images and then resize the new picture accordingly. And if you think thats too small then increase it a little and see if it still shows up correctly, and keep increasing til you hit that point where it doesnt show up correctly anymore.

where do you load the pics?? how do you put then in winterboard (iphone 3G, jailbroken on 2.1)

it might not be the right size try googling what size it is and then resize it
