Iphone theme

I have downloaded a theme through my PC and I have no idea how to upload it onto my iphone.I would really appreciate it if you can help me!!!

I have "iPhone Hack Toolkit Ver1.0" but for some reson it does not want to let me jailbreak as it tells me to "click ok to download the neccessary restore file and then click jailbreak again"
I am kind of confused what is that i have to download and do I have to download anything at all.

http://www.modmyi.com/forums/skinnin...-tutorial.html try this guide. And I don't know what you mean by it not letting you jailbreak there is no need to jailbreak or restore when adding themes to your phone. Just follow the guide I linked and see what happens.
