UPDATE - I have installed Summerboard and managed to change the icon names but the "IPOD" icon will not change to the new icon I uploaded.
I have managed to change all the other icons but IPOD refuses to change - any ideas ????

I have changed the text in the "LocalizedApplicationNames.strings" file in order to rename a few of the home screen icons but MAPS and IPOD refuse to change ????

Anyone have any ideas ?
