Help w/ WinSCP

hello everyone.. today i got my iphone 1.1.4 and i spent all day trying to do stuff to it...

so far i have successfully unlocked / jailbreaked it and added installer and customize.

i am now trying to download different things (battery images, dialers, calculators) off of the download section... i have WinSCP and i connect fine and see all my directories fine.. but when i drag n drop the files.. when i go to customize on my iphone there are either like lots of different pictures.. or none at all.. just the title.. im probly doing something wrong..
any help would be great
