Maybe you could upload as a zip file ??
I really want to get rid of the background behind clock.
Had it on 1.1.4 and it looks so much better.
Thanks.

is there any way to make the the background behind the clock completely gone/transparent without have to replace the other.artwork file that kevin uploaded on the 1st page? cuz i have a really nice black/lime green other.artwork file that i love, so is there any way that i can edit that file to have the background behind the clock transparent or is there any completely different method where i can get that background to be clear?

now for the 1 million dollar question, does Winterboard support *.ttf files for replacing fonts? So I can get rid of my clock....
-

I've tried and I couldn't get it to work...though it might be supported in Winterboard in the future.
Fonts on the iPhone seem to be a special kind of font file. The only thing I've seen for 2.0 is two font types that someone built and you have to replace your helv font file with to see the change.

the bar behind the clock and date on the lockscreen is called "UILCDBackground"
the top bar on the springboard behind the time and carrier has two pngs both located in the springboard app. they are "FST_BG.png, FSO_BG.png"
just delete these three and you will transparent bars.

what do i have to do to remove the border around the end call button????
-
08-29-2008, 11:23 PM #60
UILCDBackground isn't in my Springboard folder, I think I might've deleted it earlier trying to get that black bar behind the clock and date on the lockscreen to be gone, but i guess it didn't work
and are the FST_BG and FSO_BG files only to make the top status bar to be transparent only on the lockscreen? cuz that's what i want to make it just have my wallpaper and my custom slider and all of the default stuff like my date, time, battery, signal bars, etc
