I have downloaded some Summerboards from the download section. The question is how do i get these to my touch. The files were downloaded and are in a zip file. I'm not sure how to get them to my touch.

You have to unzip them. Google it. Once you've unzipped them, you have to transfer them to your touch via some filebrowsing program. If you look at my sig there are guides on uploading themes to your touch or phone. It's the same for either.

All you have to do is find the guide for the firmware of your touch and use it. This is assuming your touch is jailbroken.
