Help needed - How to change the Color of the Fonts in the Titlebar?

I'm just new in modding my iPhone. Just prepared my other.artwork file, and everything is fine.

Only the Text in Safari or Cydia at the title is still not very nice with the black Background.



Any ideas?

Guess nobody ever got around to answering this question ehh? Thats no good. I'm looking for the same answer..
