Installed summerboard theme but when phone locks it show original wallpaper?

Just as the title says ... if I apply a summerboard theme on my phone (16g 1.1.4) and it locks after a given amount of time, then when the unlock screen comes up the original iphone provided wallpaper shows up underneath the unlock buttons

whats up here? anyone have a similar problem or fix?

turn wallpaper>on and themewallapaper>on

Lock screen wallpaper is different then the theme wallpaper.
Change the lock screen wallpaper in Settings/Wallpaper

I have a similar question I download the themes and place them on iphonebrowser they appear but then the they do not appear on the phone???? Why is that I was able to change my battery icon and my sliders. But not the theme or the carrier icon? Why would that be.

Mine wouldn't change until I went into setting>wallpaper and changed to something else. Just pick a different wallpaper and see it that works.
