Im not just looking for basic stock files like icons, im looking for

Stock Battery Logo (on main menu)
Stock Carrier Logo
Stock SMS/Voicemail/E-Mail Alert bubble (red i believe)
Stock Slider and Slider "Shimmer"
Stock Battery Charing Logo
Stock "Edge" Logo
Stock Signal Bars

If someone has a link to those you will be loved forever.
I have been looking and cant find 'em.
