Summerboard - Changing Themes

So I downloaded 5 skins and was able to load them into the phone via Fugu, but I am unsure how to switch between themes...any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I'm kinda slow at the whole little technology stuff so I need a lot of help... How do u use themes??? Like change ur themes on the iPhone.. I downloaded the summerboard but I have no clue what to do next... Anyone help me out??? ) thanks!!!
