Cant find Summerboard in Installer 3

From what ive been reading this is where im suppose to be able to find and install the Summerboard app to allow me to change themes instantly.

I have have looked everywhere and cant find the app all i see are the actual themes

any help would be appreciated

A solution is being worked on. check installer tomorrow.
There have been so many threads about this topic that I think that SummerBoard was remove from installer. So check installer tomorrow
