    Default BG behind signal strength and carrier
    I found this file playing around today, it is the bg behind the signal strength and power strength in some applications. The photo application seems to have a differnent one and then there is the black one on the home screen. If you notice when you open safari or a few other programs it is not black. Well this is that file.
