They have made them available... just right click the images and save them to your pc, then replace them via ssh for the default images. Any more info needed just ask. (For icons, go into applications/application name on your iphone, then replace icon.png. For splash/loading screens, replace default.png Backing up the old files is wise, I usually just rename the originals 'iconold.png' for example. Then respring your phone thru SMBPrefs or by restarting it and viola the replacements are there.
