05-03-2008, 03:02 PM #1[Need Help] Ipod Touch Header MiniDock Remove/Delete?
After you turn on your Ipod touch/Iphone from sleep mode,
You will see your header page so you can slide to unlock, the date...etc.
My question is, how to remove the shade colour MiniDock behind the time.
The picture is here, I want to remove the part where I boxed them,
Any pro or experienced Ipod user can help me with this issue?
Really appreciate a lot!!
Ps. I use Iphonebrowser, and I am still looking which directory may contain the picture.

that is contained in the other.artwork file (from frameworks/uikit-framework)
to edit them files you need iphoneshop (just run a search to find this)
when you have extracted them its file 171Trying is the first step to failure

so far i can't find a good instruction on how to use iphoneshop,

What firmware are you using
if its 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 then you will need 0.7 which you can find here
for instuctions follow the guide here
http://code.google.com/p/iphoneshop/wiki/ArtworkEditingTrying is the first step to failure

one more thing
you cant make the file invisable (if you do it will show up as white)
if you wanted it invisable then the best you can do is set the transparancy levels to 1%Trying is the first step to failure

eh... thanks for all the tips you gave,
though I think I am still stuck in the instruction steps,
still trying to figure out the code... I failed my java courses...
on the "needed component"Sun java 1.5 sdk or jdk
is it this one?
=> JDK 6 Update 6 with Java EE
I noticed in zip file they have "ee" folder.
Sorry I take much time of yours,
but I am a little lost.
